- Stakeholder Negotiations: Spearheaded negotiations with development partners to establish a multi-million dollar grant window supporting countries in producing modern data products that are 4× more cost-effective, with higher temporal and spatial resolution.

- Program Management: Oversees a portfolio of more than two dozen grant-funded country operations and a training program that has reached over 3,500 government stakeholders to date.
