Senior Program Manager | Development Data Group, Chief Statistician’s Office 2018 – Present

Leads the Global Data Facility – Mobile Phone Data (GDF–MPD) program, enabling countries to develop multi-stakholder data ecosystems that put mobile phone data to work for official statistics and policy applications.

Stakeholder Negotiations: Spearheaded negotiations with development partners to establish a multi-million dollar grant window supporting countries in producing modern data products that are 4× more cost-effective, with higher temporal and spatial resolution.
Strategic Convening: Led strategic engagement across global platforms to build public-private partnerships in support of national statistical capacity.
Program Management: Oversees a portfolio of more than two dozen grant-funded country operations and a training program that has reached over 3,500 government stakeholders to date.
Global Standards: Represents the World Bank on high-level task teams (UN Mobile Phone Data Task Team, COVID-19 Task Force), contributing to methodological guidelines and frameworks for mobile phone-based statistics.
